This amazing summer Villa, expands in two floors, which are connected with an internal staircase. On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a small dining table, cozy seating areas for your reading time, an inviting lounge room with views over the pool and a dining area for eight people, the ideal place for the first spring and autumn evenings. Of course, for the warm summer evenings, just off the living room, on the porch overlooking the pool, another table was prepared for enjoying conversations, laughing while you enjoy the food and Zakynthian wine to the sounds of crickets and cicadas. At the same level, there is a bathroom with walk in shower and one bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace.
A staircase leads to an impressive hallway on the first floor, with access to three bedrooms and a bathroom with walk in shower. All the bedrooms on the upper floor have a wooden floor and access to the balcony. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with walk in shower, a double bed and two balcony doors to enjoy the view and the balcony. Of the other two bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other two single beds. However, all 4 bedrooms in Villa Verdi are air conditioned and supplied with wardrobes or drawers.
